By using the Key Marketplace portal you accept these terms. Please read them carefully.
1. General
Key Marketplace is an online real-estate listings platform for Montenegro, operated by Mils Computers d.o.o, Alekse Backovića 96, 81400 Nikšić. By accessing and using the site you agree to these Terms of Use.
2. User accounts
Posting listings requires registration. You must provide accurate information and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity on your account. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
3. Posting listings
The advertiser warrants that listing content is accurate, lawful and that they are entitled to advertise the property. False, misleading or unlawful content is prohibited. All listings are moderated before publication and we may reject or remove any listing.
4. Role and liability of the platform
Key Marketplace is an intermediary enabling listings and contact between parties. We do not take part in transactions, do not guarantee the accuracy of listings and are not liable for agreements between users. Verification of the property and contractual obligations is done by the parties themselves.
5. Intellectual property
The name, logo, design and source code of the portal are the property of the operator. Listing content remains the property of the advertiser, who grants us the right to display it on the platform.
6. Changes and contact
We reserve the right to amend these terms. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the amended terms. For any questions contact [email protected].
